zkkTools End User License Agreement
The Software is licensed, not sold. By installing it, you accept the terms below.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable license for personal or internal commercial use on machines you own.
The Software is entirely free. No functionality is locked behind payment, except the optional Premium plan; no sponsorship or payment is required to use the free plan.
Telemetry, diagnostics and data synchronization only occur according to your in-app settings and the applicable Privacy Policy.
Premium is entirely voluntary. If you purchase it:

The Software is provided WITHOUT WARRANTIES.
There are no express or implied warranties of quality, fitness for a particular purpose, or operation.
The developer is not liable for direct or indirect damages, data loss, lost profits, or consequences arising from use of the Software.
Your total liability is limited to the amount paid (or R$0 if used for free).
The Software is the property of its developer (zkkTools). You receive only a limited license to use it.
This EULA ends if you uninstall the Software, violate its terms, or your Premium subscription expires.
The developer may release updates, discontinue features, or modify these terms at any time.
Brazil. Disputes are settled in São Paulo/SP.
