zkkTools grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to install and use the Software on machines you own or control, for personal or internal business use, in accordance with the terms of this EULA.
The Software processes computer metrics, hardware inventory, preferences, notifications and reports locally. No telemetry, log or file is sent to external services without your explicit consent. Preferences and the backups needed to revert tweaks remain stored on your computer.

The Software and all copies are intellectual property protected by copyright. Ownership of the Software remains exclusively with zbnfps. This agreement grants you rights of use, not of ownership. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
In no event shall zbnfps be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA.
This EULA is governed by Brazilian law, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brazil.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and zbnfps and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements.
