zkkTools proprietary software license
This is a courtesy translation. The Brazilian Portuguese version is the legally binding text; if the two differ, the Portuguese one prevails.
zkkTools grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive and revocable license to install and use the Software on machines you own or control, for personal or internal business use, in accordance with the terms of this License and the EULA.
The Software processes computer metrics, hardware inventory, preferences, notifications and reports locally. No telemetry, log or file is sent to external services without your explicit consent. Preferences and the backups needed to revert tweaks remain stored on your computer.
Except where required by applicable law, you may not:
The Software and all copies are intellectual property protected by copyright. Ownership of the Software remains exclusively with zkkTools. This agreement grants you rights of use, not of ownership. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
In no event shall zkkTools be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this License.
This License is governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and you irrevocably submit, where legally valid, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo/SP.
This License, together with the EULA, constitutes the entire agreement between you and zkkTools and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements on the same subject.
The Software includes open-source third-party components — for example, the Fluent UI System Icons set and the CoreUI Flags assets — each governed by its own license terms. Third-party notices remain in the LICENSES.md file distributed with the product and are not altered by this License.
